Green club session on Action Plan for SMEs in Dilijan has started from the overview of the Green clubs review in Dilijan conducted within 2915. Natural resource use, environmental impact, description of environmental challenges, waste management (opportunities or new innovative product development), Energy efficiency measures for SMEs, combined RECP approaches useful for optimization and improved production cycles within SMEs as a result of application of RECP, economic/financial savings, wise use of material resources and by –products.

Green labeling: necessary to change mentality of producers to improve understanding and provide population and market with cleaner, eco-friendly products, certified as eco-friendly products

Green certification: is getting closed and more popular within the larger consumer groups, since most of the consumers pay attention to the cleaner, more environmentally friendly, health-wise adequate products.

SMEs: the change of mentality of consumers dictates the necessary changes of mentality of SMEs to become more aware on environmentally friendly, cleaner technologies and practices used within their production cycles, used for marketing purposes.

Monitoring: ISO 2000 certificated producers are being monitored by the subsequent monitoring commission to provide adequate standards of their products.

Action plan: to help identification of possible RECP application options for SMEs involved in Green clubs. Advancing skills on action planning, RECP practical aspects, reduction of waste, emissions, use of materials, energy efficiency and energy bill cuts, use of new ideas and innovations for identifying new marketing possibilities and creation of new products, assurance of quality and clean production methodologies to improve environmental performance and compliance of business companies.

Action Plans were distributed to the SMEs in Dilijan Green Clubs to identify and fill the Plan for each of the business they are working in, identifying key aspects of RECP, and required actions to be taken.
