The 2nd RECP alumni experts meeting
On 27th March 2024, the RECP alumni meeting featured the foundation of the Armenian RECP Professional Network in Armenia and the RECP Innovation Center. The network was founded in 2015 and has been enriched by new experts in 2020.
RECP innovation center will continue working with SMEs and business companies, assisting them with RECP Audits, capacity development, delving into their production process, and suggesting individual RECP Audit packages with recommended measures on water, energy, material savings, economic/financial savings, reduced air pollution and CO2 emission reduction, waste minimization and recycling.
125 companies have already used the advisory services of experts and implemented RECP measures saving financial resources, introducing new innovative products based on recycled materials, and saving water and energy. The RECP professional network will assist in capacity building on circular economic policies and practice promotion, elaboration of strategic documents, policies, and legislation, and building knowledge of stakeholders on the benefits of RECP and circular practices.
